In order to meet various needs of Members, the Loyalty Program has provided Members many attractive rewards. In addition to partners’ rewards such as bonus tickets from Golden Lotus, coupons at reputable providers such as BigC, CGV, Lotte, Highland Coffee, Al Fres’co, Furama, etc., service charge as rewarding product from MobiFone is the most selected reward.

To facilitate Members’ convenience, the entire process of selecting rewards is automatic. Members can select rewards via SMS, on www.mobifone.vn or ask for help from call center agents. After reward claiming, the system will send a message to Members to inform that the request has been successfully made. However, receiving many messages within a day make tracking results via message difficult because it is hard for Members to track messages of rewards among dozens of daily inbox and outbox messages.

To help Members track the rewards from the system easily, from September 1st, 2016, MobiFone will apply the policy of rewarding on fixed date of a month. Each month, the system will reward on the 2nd, 12th and 22nd for service charge of MobiFone. With this adjustment of reward claiming time, it will be easier for Members to track your rewarding process and respond with accurate information to MobiFone if the reward has not been received.

Members successfully select rewards from 12 am of the 1st to before 12 pm of the 10th monthly: rewarding on the 12th of that month.

Members successfully select rewards from 12 am of the 11th to before 12 pm of the 20th monthly: rewarding on the 22nd of that month.

Members successfully select rewards from 12 am of the 21st to before 12 pm of the final day of a month: rewarding on the 2nd of next month.
