Before issue membership cards, MobiFone will contact members to confirm their information. Members will receive cards under these conditions:

1.Issue new cards

Titanium, Gold, Diamond

(Including upgrade membership tier at and before the evaluation period)

Individual customer:

-User name in use must be exactly same name of the person who signed the contract with MobiFone.

-In case of difference between user name and name of person who signed the contract with MobiFone: issue only when having guarantee of MobiFone Center Leader

Corporate customer:

- Provide user information (in case of not provide user information yet)

- If the company already registered user information when signing contract with MobiFone, user name in use must be exactly the same name of the person who was previously provided by the company.

Maximum 45 days since the day upgrading membership tier

2.Retain cards

Titanium, Gold, Diamond

a.           Members refuse to provide information when required.

b.           Members are unable to contact (not picking up, phones shut down) to provide information

c.       Individual customer: User name in use is not the same name of the person who signed the contract with MobiFone

d.       Corporate customer:

+ Company refuse to provide user information

+ User name in use is not the same name of the person who was previously provided by the company (If the company already registered user information when signing contract with MobiFone ) 

 

3.Issue new cards (customer requirements)

Members of retained card category require to have new cards.

To (a) (b) cases: Members can call 18001090 or send an email to kndl@mobifone.vn or register at MobiFone offices. (card issuance application form attached)

To (c) (d) Customers can come to MobiFone offices to re-provide information.

Maximum 45 days since the day receive requirement

4.Reissue card

Member already has been issued  and lost card

MBF will reissue membership card with the fee equivalent to 20 Evaluation points

For requesting a new card, , member shall text “Capthe” to 9237. The system will check information then send notification SMS to member

Maximum 15 days upon  receiving request

5.Invalid cards

Downgrade membership tier

Member cannot  retain membership tier (Diamond, Gold, Titanium) at evaluation period

 

 

Members retain membership tier but violate regulations

- Any deceiving or violating actions with MobiFone partners to earn offers.

- Violate regulations of using card

- Membership cards will not be retained but turn invalid in MobiFone system.

- Members will only have offers  from MobiFone partners. Partner offers will be invalid when the member card is invalid
