Free 20 SMS to other members in group/ subscriber/ circle. If subscribers use up free SMS, further SMS get charged at the above plan’s rates. Send SMS to all members in group (Text command: M-Friend SMS CONTENT to 999). The number of SMS sent is equivalent to the number of members in group and will be deducted from free SMS account of the circle. If customers use up free SMS,  further SMS get charged at the above plan’s rates

 

Terms

How to register as Group

  • Register at MobiFone’s transaction stores.
  • Send SMS to 999 (fee charged: 200 dong/ SMS)
  • Each customer is allowed to join only 01 M-Home Group and register for one subscription in Group
  • Each Group assigns one delegate to register and cancel service on behalf of all member.
  • Delegate of the group is nominated by members themselves.
  • Customers can register by one of the following methods:
    • Group delegate register for the service by fulfilling Registration Form at MobiFone’s stores (The delegate will sign on behalf of members in Group)
    • Send SMS to 999. Text command: M-FRIEND DK to 999

Other regulations

  • Subscriber to M-Friend can join group/ cancel participation only 1 time/ current charging circle.
  • Subscriber taking over the right to join the group, If not subscribe to M-Friend, will not be beneficial. If he/ she is eligible and has willing to continue subscription, he/ she still have to fulfill registration as prescribed.
  • If post-paid M-Friend subscriber is member of Loyalty membership’s program, he/she will still be beneficial from other promotion programs, customer care programs (If eligible) along with benefits of this plan. If not then he/ she can only enjoy benefits of this plan and other customer care programs (If eligible) but not promotion programs.
  • These regulations are not applicable for SIM cards for employees granted by MobiFone or trail SIM cards. Note: Unbilled notification is temporary, exclusive of commercial discount.
