Starting from 11/ 2018, the number-shifting network campaign has brought the opportunity to choose the preferred network for many customers, but also the cases failed due to a few factors. In order to receive customers’ feedbacks and complaints about the number-based network transfer service, the Telecommunications Department opened the number 1800 6099 completely free of charge.



From November 16th, 2018, the Ministry of Information and Communications allows postpaid subscribers to switch to the new service providers but still retain their numbers. Prepaid subscribers also have the opportunity to experience telecommunications services of other operators from January 1st, 2019. If customers want to transfer from another network to MobiFone network, they can apply 1 of 3 following methods: go to the nearest MobiFone retail service store, and register online at or call 18001090.


In order to assist customers who have problems with network transfer to keep mobile subscribers, from March 11st, 2019, the Telecommunications Department officially started deploying number receiving of complaints through 1800 6099. Accordingly, time to receive complaints is from 8am-17pm on weekdays, and from Monday to Friday. At the the same time, the fee for calling 1800 6099 is completely free.


Hopefully, with this support from Telecommunications Department, subscribers will soon solve problems to quickly switch to MobiFone network!
