-          After registering the service, you will be provided with your own ID number.

-         During the process of using the service, participants will use this ID to talk with each other without providing information on their phone number

To start using the service, make call to 1515 and select one of the following functions:

Service functions:

+        Create and manage personal profile: select branch to create personal information under instruction of the call center. After that, record an introduction about yourself and save it. The introduction includes basic information such as age, gender, hobby, interests, etc. 
You can adjust personal information by selecting branch to change current information.

+      Chat with other subscribers: you can select to chat with your friends or with you new friends through listening to personal information of other participants stored in the system. The call center will run personal information one by one, and you can connect immediately with the person having personal information you selected. 
You can make direct calls to the ID by dialing 1515+ID
 of that person. 
For example: The person you want to talk to has ID 10007XX. To make direct call, dial 151510007XX

+         Chat with Star: Select Chat with Star function under instruction of the call center. 
You can Chat directly with a Star or in case the Star is busy, you can leave a question and listen to conversations of Stars.

+     SMS Chat: you can use SMS Chat function to send SMS to other subscribers under instruction of the call center. 
Write SMS with ID of the receiving subscriber_SMS content

Rules

1. Target users: All MobiFone subscribers who are operating with two directions.

2. Conditions for using via wapsite:

·         Use Mobile Internet service and must be in range of GPRS/EDGE/3G services of MobiFone.

·         Use mobile devices which support Internet access.

3. Principle for package renewal

·         The package will be renew automatically if you do not require to cancel the service. 

·         For postpaid subscribers: the system will charge and write to the monthly bill when subscribers renew the service successfully.

·         For prepaid subscribers:

·         If fee is charged successfully: you will continue using the service

·         If fee is not charged successfully: the system will send a notice that the automatic renewal is not successful and continue renewing

·         If fee is charged successfully: you will continue using the service

·         Send SMS notifying on package renewal:

·         Daily package: 4 weeks/time

·         Weekly package: After renewing successfully

4. Regulations on locking/unlocking service

- You continue using the service until the end of the registered period.

- Temporarily stops providing service in subsequent periods.

- If unblocking at the time the period of service package takes effect: you continue using the service until the end of that period.

- If unblocking at the time the period of service package ended: charge daily subscription fee from the day of unblocking

+ Fee is charged successfully: continue using the service.

+ Fee is not charged successfully: charge in accordance with regulation of the service.

-  Changing among forms of prepaid subscription:

- Changing from prepaid to postpaid and vice versa

You continue using the service with former period.
