Magic Call is a service that enables MobiFone subscribers to change their real voice during conversation process to other voices such as the elderly, male, female, children's voice....without changing the conversation content.

2. Charging method

·         Subscription fee is charged to main account (for prepaid subscribers) or added to the monthly bill (for postpaid subscribers).

Fee for calling to IVR 1567:

·         For prepaid subscribers: charge the bonus account first and then the main account.

·         For postpaid subscribers: billed to monthly fee invoice.

·         Fee for making Magic Call is charged in compliance with current regulations of MobiFone for normal domestic intra-network/internetwork calls (fixed and mobile).

3. Making Magic Call

·         To make a Magic Call, dial 1567 before the phone number to be called, then press Call button.

For example: to make a Magic Call to 09023456XX, dial156709023456XX  . The changed voice is a default one (male voice) or the one you set before.

·         The service provides 6 kinds of voice for you to change your voice:

4. Voice setting

·         Via SMS: write MC VoiceCode to 1567. Voice codes range from 1 to 6, stated in section 3.2.

For example: for a robot voice, write MC 3 to 1567

·         Via service websitelog in to service website http://magiccall.vn bwith MobiFone Portal account to set voice

·         Via IVR gateway: call gateway 1567 and follow the instruction.

·         Via phone keypad when you make the call:

o    Select voice right at the time making the call, dial:1567PhoneNumber*VoiceCode

For example, if you want to make call to 09023456XX with the elderly voice, do as follows:156709023456XX*5 

o    Change voice while in conversation,  dial *VoiceCode

For example: when you are making a Magic Call, if you want to change to female voice, dial *2. To change to your real voice, dial *0..

5. Other functions

·         Change voice by time: You can set the time for changing the voice when talking with subscribers via website, wapsite.

·         Change voice by phone numer/number group:

You  can set the voice when making call to specific phone number/number group via following channels:

·         Access to service wapsite, website and follow the instruction

·         Call to 1567call center and follow the instruction.

·         Write MC VoiceCode SĐT1,SĐT2,SĐT3... to 1567

In which: SDT1, SDT2, SDT3… are phone numbers to which you want to assign the changed voice when making conversation.

For example: you want to change to a "Robot" voice when talking with subscribers 09023456XX and 09034567XX, write: MC 3 09023456XX, 09034567XX  to 1567

 


Rules

1. Target users: all MobiFone subscribers who are operating with two directions.

 

2. Package renewal

·         As usage period expires, the package will be renewed automatically if you do not cancel the service

·         For postpaid subscribers: fee will be charged to monthly bill when subscribers renew the service successfully.

·         For prepaid subscribers:

·         If fee subtraction is successful: you continue using the service.

·         If fee subtraction is not successful: the system will send a SMS informing that the automatic renewal is not successful and making renewal for 20 days more (once per day):

o    If renewal is made successfully, you can continue using the service. The subsequent cycle is counted from the date of successful renewal.

o    If fee is not charged successfully within 20 days: the system will cancel the service.

o    Within the period the system waits to try renewal: if you use the service then the system will renew right at that moment. Renewal principle is implemented as mentioned above.

 

3. Lock/unlock the service

- Unlock immediately within the former period of service package: continue using the service until the end of that period.

+ Fee is charged successfully: continue using the service.

+ Fee is not charged successfully: charge again in accordance with regulation of the service.
