Step 3: In case you have not registered the package, just select Package you want to register. 

Step 4: After registering the package successfully, you can use all functions the service provides via website.

 


Rules

1. Target users: All subscribers using two-direction service of MobiFone network.  

2. Use conditions:

Conditions for using the service on wapsite/application: subscribers use Mobile Internet service and must be in range of EDGE/3G services of MobiFone or use Internet, Wi-Fi connection and use account to log in.

3. Regulations on renewal:

At renewal time:

  • If fee subtraction is succesful: you continue using the service.
  • If fee is not charged succesfully: The system will continue charging further 20 times (once per day). If fee is charged successfully, you can continue using the service.
  • The system just charges for current renewal, not for previous times of unsuccessful renewal.
  • After 20 times of renewing unsuccessfully, the system will cancel the service package and send notice to subscribers. To use the service package, you need to register again.
  • After cancelling daily/weekly package, you can use the service by defalt package. Fee for buying single content will be charged right after you confirm using.

4. Regulations on locking/unlocking service:

Unlock subscribers who have been locked with one/two directions

  • Unlock immediately within the former period of service package: continue using the service until the end of period.
  • In case of unlocking when the former period ends, charge subscription fee from the day of unlocking.
    • Fee is charged successully: continue using the service.
    • Fee is not charged successully: Charge again in accordance with regulation of the service

Changing among forms of prepaid subscription

  • Continue using the service with former period.

  • Continue using the service with former period.
