The Google Play payment via Mobile account service provides subscribers using Android handhelds the ability to make payment for applications or paid contents on Google Play with your own mobile account.








1. Fees.

Fees are charged as listed in the table below:

  • The fees for buying contents and applications on Google Play are tax excluded. You will be charged 10% for the tax.
  • When customers proceed their payment, MobiFone will deduct 10% more from the customers’ main account.




1. Set up the service.

  • Step 1: Access Google Play on your handheld devices → “Account” section.
  • Step 2: Click on “Payment Method”
  • Step 3: Click on “Payment via MobiFone”
  • Step 4: “Payment made from my MobiFone account”




When another SIM is inserted into your registered phone/handheld devices, a confirmation message will be sent and your new payments will be made on the new SIM.


2. Using the service.

  • Step 1: Choose the application/content you wish to pay for.
  • Step 2: Key in your Google Play password.
  • Step 3: Click on “Buy”.
  • Step 4: Complete the payment.



  • Choose “See Details” at the bottom of this page to look up Vietnam postcode.
  • Bills will be sent to your email that registered for Google Play.
  • The payment will be verified with your Google Play password.
  • You can choose to save password for the next purchase. However we highly suggest that you choose to key in your password whenever you buy anything for security purposes.
  • The buying for in-app purchase is similar.


3. Refund claims policy.

  • Step 1: Get to “My games” on Google Play.
  • Step 2: Click “Refund”
  • Step 3: Successful process.



  • The refund service is only valid within 2 hours after purchase has been made.
  • Refunding is unavailable with movies and imagery contents, news & magazines, and in-game purchase.



1. Target users:

  • All 2-way active MobiFone subscribers.
  • Subscribers whose handheld devices operate on Android platform and use Google Play service.

2. Exceptions:

  • Subscribers that have yet met with the MobiFone’s conditions to use its billing portal.
  • The subscriber’s main account balance is insufficient.

3. Fee charging policy:

  • Pre-paid subscribers: fees will be deducted from their main accounts.
  • Post-paid subscribers: fees will be included in their monthly bills.
