Missed Calls Alert (MCA) is a service of MobiFone that helps you know information of missed calls to your phone because the phone was turned off, out of battery or out of the service.

Charging method:

  • Usage period of Package = 24 hours x number of days of package (1, 7, 30 days). 
  • Subscription fee will be charged after you have successfully registered the service. Packages will be renewed automatically if you do not cancel the package.
  • Subscription fee will be charged to main account for prepaid subscribers and charged to monthly bill for postpaid subscribers.

5. Notice for rejoining the network:

The system shall automatically send SMS notifying the calling subscribers (of MobiFone network) when your subscription rejoins the network (the phone is turned on or goes to the coverage area).

6. Contact list integration function:

You can save subscription number in the contact list of MCA service. When there is a missed call from this subscription number, MCA notice message content will display name and phone number of the caller. In order to integrate MCA contact list, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Information on time in SMS is written in format hh:mm:ss, in which: hh - from 01 to 24, mm and ss from 01 to 59
  • Time frame set to stop receiving MCA message will be applied every day from the moment of registering the function until you cancel it.
  • Information on missed calls during sleep period for MCA (if any) will be sent to you after the sleep period ends.

  • When activating the function of sending MCA notice via email, you will still receive MCA message via SMS.

Note:

  • To activate email address for receiving MCA message from another phone number, you are required to activate the previous function with your own phone number or via your account in MobiFone Portal.
  • You can only activate/change email address for receiving MCA message from another phone number, other settings must be implemented directly from the phone number which uses MCA service.
  • At a time, you can only forward MCA message to one email address.
  • PIN code entered when activating the function will be used to register/cancel/change email address.

  • When activating the function of sending MCA notice via email, you will still receive MCA message via SMS.

9. Forward MCA messages to another subscription number:

  • You can forward all MCA messages to another phone number when using MCA service.
  • The number receiving MCA message may be a mobile subscriber of MobiFone network.

Rules

1. Target users: All MobiFone subscribers who are operating with two directions.

2. General regulations:

  • The requirement on registering/cancelling MCA serviice will take effects right after you successfully implement the statement for Registering/Cancelling. If you require cancelling the service package within the effective time then money will not be refunded.
  • You can register only one package at a time. If you want to register another package, you must cancel the current package and register a new one.      
  • You will receive a MCA message when your subscription is active with two ways.
  • You subscription shall be locked in following situations:
    • You subscription shall be locked in following situations:
    • The system fails to charge within 15 days for MCA1 package, 21 days for MCA7 and 90 days for MCA30 from the starting day of fee period.
    • Forwading calls to the Voice Mailbox: If you have registered the MCA service but then you forward calls to Voice Mailbox then your MCA service shall be cancelled (even it is still in usage period). After using Voice Mailbox service, you must register MCA service again if you want to continue using it.
