iCall is a consultancy - entertainment information service for MobiFone subscribers. This service is highly interactive with different forms of entertainment and meets all demands and all ages.



Through IVR, subscribers can use 8 following service channels: handbook of life; Music; Football; Lottery, Health; Interesting stories; Astrology, universal calendar; Music Millionaire Game; Who Is Millionaire game; Your Treasure.

  • Handbook for life channel: Provide information of daily life: Warning news, good tips of life, Rescue skills, Life skills, etc.
  • Music channel: Provide the latest and hottest songs in the market: The latest and hottest music, Young music, Vietnamese music, Revolutionary songs, and hot international music.
  • Football channel: Provide hottest information on football, schedule and match consultancy, match results.
  • Lottery channel: Live report on lottery results of three regions North, Central and South.
  • Health channel: Provide latest information on health, reproductive health, sexual health, diseases, first-aid skills, good tips on health.
  • Good stories channel: Provide latest and hottest stories of different types: Comic stories, youngster stories, Life gifts, and interesting stories on love.
  • Astrology, universal calendar channel: Provide following services: Universal calendar by days (zodiac date and time, set-off directions, what to do and what not do, etc), Cleromancy of 12 zodiacs, Funny fortune-telling.
  • Music Millionaire Game channel: This is an interesting playground which allows customers to listen to music and melodies and then answer questions of the program in form of testing.
  • Who Is Millionaire game channel: This is an interesting playground which attracts customers in the form of answering testing questions.
  • Your Treasure (Personal corner): is the place for storing the collection of favorite songs, or interesting stories, useful consultancy information on health, life skills, etc.

Charging method

  • For postpaid subscribers: Service fee will be paid to the monthly bill.
  • For prepaid subscribers: Service fee shall be charged to the main account. At renewal time:
  • Within 1 period, the system will charge renewal fee with different levels (1,000 Vnd, 2,000 Vnd) and in descending order.
  • Within 1 period of use (24 hours), when renewing, the total amount being charged successfully is at most equal to price of the package you are using.
  • At the end of each fee period, if the remaining amount is not charged fully 2,000 Vnd, the remaining amount will be canceled and the system will continue renewing the service in the next new period.
  • Until the end of period, if service fee is not charged successfully, the system will charge again within 30 days. After 30 days of retry, if renewal fee is still not charged, the system will cancel the package and send notice to customers.

  • Unsubscribe daily/weekly/monthly service package: Write HUY to 1522.

  • Decline receiving periodical content SMS: Write TC SMS to 1522
  • Subscribe to receive periodical content SMS: Write DK SMS to 1522
  • Via IVR: Press key * to register the service

If customers have registered the service successfully, call to gateway 1522 and press keys as follows:

1. Target users: all MobiFone subscribes who are operating with two directions.

2. Regulations on locking/unlocking service:


Subscription status



Lock one/two directions

Temporarily stops providing service for customer in subsequent periods.


Unlock subscribers who have been locked with one/two directions

  • Case 1: reactivate right at the former period of package => customer will continue using the service until the end of that period.
  • Case 2: reactivate when the former period has ended => charge subscription fee from that day of reactivation (according to new period):
  • Fee is charged successfully: you continue using the service.
  • Fee is not charged successfully: retry will be implemented in compliance with specific regulation of each service.


Changing among prepaid subscriptions

You continue using the service with former period.


Change from prepaid to postpaid and vice versa

Services being charged with package fee (subscription fee by period): You continue using the service with former period.


Subscribers changing ownership

Completely cancel the service and the list of contents bought.


Subscription is canceled (after the period for blocking two directions expires)

Completely cancel the service and the list of contents bought.
