Quizit is a service under the form of a subscriber with an application (which can be downloaded from Google Store, and maybe later from App Store) that provides for all MobiFone prepaid and postpaid subscribers via short code 9096. By registering the service and downloading/installing Quizit application, MobiFone subscribers can participate in answering interesting questions, getting points and competing with big prizes.

- To participate in the service, customers can write DK or OK to 9096.

- Content of the message returned from the system: After sending message with the syntax for registering the service, customers will receive 3 MTs from the system:

·         The first message is the salutation to participants and introduction of the program.

·         The second message specifies the rules, including all legal information relating to the program, charge, 7 free days, etc.

- Any users who are not participants of the service but just play online on Quizit application (at client Mode) through Web browser are considered guests.

- Register/Cancel

·         Registration syntax: Write DK or OK to 9096

·         Subscribers can cancel the service at any time during the trial period or during charging period by writing HUY to short code 9096. Removing application also means that you cancel the participation.

·         If participants cancel the service and register again within the period of 7 free days, participants will enjoy the remaining free days from the date of registration until the 7th day.

- Service question:

·         Each day, each customer can play up to 50 times of the program, including a random set of questions from different themes of the system. Giving each correct answer, participants will get 10 points. With incorrect answer, customers will get zero point.

·         To answer questions, customers select answer options displayed on the screen.

- Form and methods of competing:

·         After selecting the theme of riddles from the list, participants will start playing and the system will arrange a random opponent (by default). 

·         Players can see the list of online persons and can challenge any person from that list or search a certain user and then participate in the competition.

·         After selecting "Start playing" button, users will start answering questions. Questions and options for the answer are displayed, players select the answer they want together with a component within a limited period of time. As such period of time passes, the correct answer will be marked and players will be moved to the next question. Players can also see the answer selected by opponents, which is always displayed after players give the result.

·         Each round has 10 questions. After finishing 10 questions, players will see the calculation of points on the screen and notice on the winner and the loser in that round.

- Daily round and methods of calculating points:

·         During the charging period of the program, if users do not have enough balance in their account at the time the system tries to charge (unsuccessful renewal), their access rights will be limited as guests and they can play only one theme of the application and the points gained will not counted to the total accumulative points. The access rights of users will be restored when the system charges successfully in the next time.

·         If players download the application but not log in the application, or players cancel the service but information on accessing to the application remains, they will be limited as guests and can play only one theme and the points gained will not counted to the total accumulative points.

·         Methods determining the winner in the antagonistic round: The winner in the round is the one with more correct answer among the two participants.   In case two players have the same quantity of correct answers, the one with less time of giving the answer will be the winner.

 

 


Rules

Regulations on points

The quantity of points gained by customers during the participation in the service will be counted to the total points for prize consideration of the program.

Total points of customers include playing points and bonus points for successful renewal of service.

Regulations on general charging method of the program:

Customers are exempted with service fee for the first seven days.

After the free-of-charge period, the package will be charged in accordance with the following principle:

Within 1 day, the system charges once per package, not charge accumulative fee of that day and previous day.

All other actions of customers when participating in the program: Registering, checking points, etc., are all free of charge.

If customers cancel and register the package again in the day, such repeated registrations will not be charged and get no more accumulative points.

If participants cancel the service and register again within the period of 7 free days, participants will enjoy the remaining free days from the date of repeated registration until the 7th day.

-  If players cancel the service and register again after 7 days of free use, they will be charged with daily service fee immediately (5,000 Vnd/day, including all taxes).

At the time of renewal, if main account of customers is not enough for higher levels, the system will charge at lower levels up to 2 times per day (see details above).

Package fee is charged to main account of prepaid subscribers or counted to the monthly bill of postpaid subscribers.

- In case subscribers are locked with one direction, the system will temporarily stop providing the package until the subscriber is unlocked for two directions; points of subscriber are still reserved and accumulated for prize awarding consideration. (During the period the subscriber is locked with one direction, the system will not charge fee, nor send points for such subscriber. After the subscriber is back to two-direction operation, the system will unlock the package and will not make up the amount for subscriber during such period).

In case subscriber is locked with two directions, the system will automatically cancel the package and the total points accumulated previously will not be reserved. In that case, the subscriber must register the package again to use it.

Usage period of the package ends when the program ends or when customer cancels the package and it depends on usage period of subscription.

Question 1. What is Quizit service?

Quizit is an interactive service for MobiFone subscribers. When registering the service, customers will be eligible to answer test questions of the service based on participating in interaction via the Application, which is designed for Smartphone, or play on Web platform.

The service is provided through short code 9096. In the first time of registration, subscribers will be given with 7 free days. From the 8th day onward, those who register successfully will be charged with 5,000 Vnd/day (tax included).

The service will be maintained until subscriber cancels it.

User classification:

o    Subscribers who do not register the service will be considered guest players

o    All subscribers who have successfully changed to the paid period after the first week of trial use will be considered paid subscribers.

o    Subscribers downloading QuizIt application but not confirming by logging in the application will be considered guests.

o    The organization board assumes that all participants are owners of SIM card, or that they have ensured the permission or authorization from the SIM owners. In case of winning, you are also required to present the respective SIM card for the winning phone number.

Question 9: I am a winner but I do not want my name to be published in the press?

o    By registering and participating in the service, you agree with Terms and Conditions of the service, and the Organization board has the right to publish the name of winner. Before receiving prize, you will be required to sign a document by which you agree that your name will be provided for the press and used to operate any necessary public activities in order to accomplish the purpose of advertisements of the service.

o    If for a certain reason you refuse using your name for the advertisement purpose, then according to the Terms and Conditions of the program, the Organizer has the right to refuse awarding the prize to you.

Question 10: Frequently asked questions on prizes

o    1. What are prizes of the program?

Every 90 days, customers will have a chance of winning 1 prize with 1 iPhone 6 for the player who has the highest number of points

o    2. Who is qualified to get the prize?

In order to be qualified to the prize, customers must receive at least 1 point during one month.

The winner of the month is the person who have the highest number of points in that period.

If there are two participants having the same number of points, the one who has the highest number of points first will be selected as the winner (the reference time will be provided by the system of the Organization board, not the time customer receives SMS).

o    3. I am a winner; can I have another person get the prize for me?

The prize is given to individual and it can be received by the winner or his legal representative who brings notarized letter of attorney.

After winners provide relevant documents and implement necessary procedures, their names will be announced in website: www.quizit.com.vn.

Moreover, winners will be contacted via phone with the purpose of announcing prizes they win. Participants can require more information on the winners by calling to 9090 from their phone number.

I have sent message but got no reply?

·         If you have not received reply, please verify the following:

·         Check whether your phone is full with message or out of memory to get new ones. Delete some messages to have more space in the memory.

·         Check whether your phone is in range of mobile service or not. If there is no signal, the message may not be sent successfully.

·         Your SMS has been sent to a wrong phone number. Write a new SMS and send to the correct short code (9096).

·         It is possible that the network in your area is overloaded at that time. Please be patient. If you do not receive any SMS within 15 minutes, please send a new SMS.
