Principle for calculating service charge:

·         Customers are exempted with service fee for the first day.

·         Subscribers are not charged with registration and renewal fee in two cases below:

o    Register for the first time.

o    Have been charged before in the day (for renewing or registration).

·         All subscribers are just charged one time in the day. Subscribers are charged when

o    Renew successfully every day

o    Register the service again (not for the first registration; has not been charged for renewal)

·         SMS for interaction with the system is free.

·         All other actions of customers when participating in the program: Newly registering, cancelling, and checking accumulative points, etc., are all free of charge.

·         Package fee is charged to main account of prepaid subscribers or counted to the monthly bill of postpaid subscribers.

·         In case subscribers are locked with one direction: The system will temporarily stop providing the package until the subscriber is unlocked for two directions; points of subscriber are still reserved and accumulated to participating in prize awarding. (During the period the subscriber is locked with one direction, the system will not charge fee, nor send points and prize codes for such subscriber. After the subscriber is back to two-direction operation, the system will unlock the package and will not make up the amount for subscriber during such period).

·         In case subscriber is locked with two directions:

o    If the subscriber is still in the period of being locked with two direction, the system will temporarily stop providing the package until the subscriber is unlocked for two directions; points of subscriber are still reserved and accumulated to participating in prize awarding.

o    If the subscriber exceeds the period of locking 2 directions (subscription is cancelled): The system will automatically cancel the service package and the entire number of points.

·         Usage period of the package ends when the program ends or when customer cancels the package and it depends on usage period of subscription.

With service by day package:

·         The time for renewing the service is 00:00 every day from the time the system charges registration fee successfully.

o    For example: Customer registers the service at 14:00 of 15/05/2015, the service will be renewed automatically at 00:00 of 16/05/2015.

o    Note: If customer registers the service package within the period from 00:00 to the time of sending message, the system will send message exactly at the designated timeframe. If customer register the service package after the time of sending message right after registering successfully.

·         If renewal fee is charged successfully, the system will automatically renew one more day for customer.

·         If fee is not charged successfully:

o    The system saves customer information in pending status, continues charging within 30 days (if fee is not charged successfully, the system will keep the status unchanged and will not send SMS).

o    The time of scanning for charging is at 00:00 and 8:00 every day.

With service by week package:

·         The time for renewing the service is 00:00 of 7-day period from the time the system charges registration fee successfully.

o    For example: Customer registers the service at 14:00 of 15/05/2015, the service will be renewed automatically at 00:00 of 22/05/2015.

o    Note: If customer registers the service package within the period from 00:00 to the time of sending message, the system will send message exactly at the designated timeframe. If customer register the service package after the time of sending message right after registering successfully.

·         If renewal fee is charged successfully, the system will automatically renew 7 more days for customer.

·         If fee is not charged successfully:

o    The system temporarily stops the service

o    The system saves customer information in pending status, continues charging within 30 days (if fee is not charged successfully, the system will keep the status unchanged and will not send SMS).

o    The time of scanning for charging is at 00:00 and 8:00 every day.

With service by month package:

·         The time for renewing the service is 00:00 of 30-day period from the time the system charges registration fee successfully.

o    For example: Customer registers the service at 14:00 of 15/05/2015, the service will be renewed automatically at 00:00 of 15/06/2015.

o    Note: If customer registers the service package within the period from 00:00 to the time of sending message, the system will send message exactly at the designated timeframe. If customer register the service package after the time of sending message right after registering successfully.

·         If renewal fee is charged successfully, the system will automatically renew 30 more days for customer.

·         If fee is not charged successfully:

o    The system temporarily stops the service

o    The system saves customer information in pending status, continues charging within 30 days (if fee is not charged successfully, the system will keep the status unchanged and will not send SMS).

o    The time of scanning for charging is at 00:00 and 8:00 every day.

Answering questions

Rules of game:

·         The arena will start at 10:00 every day.

·         The system will concurrently send all questions to all subscribers who registered the service.

·         Players accept that the game will start from the time of answering the first question sent by the system to all subscribers. If a player does not answer the first question, he will be considered not participate in the game and 1000 points accumulated in the day will be reserved.

·         Each arena has 10 questions. Each question may have 2-4 choices; player answers with syntax 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 in corresponding to the choice.

·         From the 6th question, customer can stop the game in order to maintain the quantity of points by not answering the 6th question.

·         Similar to question 6, if customer does not answer questions 7, 8, 9 or 10, customer will be deemed to stop duly and maintain the quantity of points gained from such question.

·         The time for sending question to customer will take 0 to 5 minutes, and the sequence order will be selected randomly.

·         Question 1 will have 30 minutes is 30 minutes (including the time of sending the question)

·         From question 2 to question 2, the time for thinking is 15 minutes (including the time of sending the question)

·         From question 6 to the end: 10 minutes for thinking (including the time of sending the question)

·         If a player gives incorrect answers or answers after the designated time, the system will stop sending questions to that player and the player is deemed to lose the game.

Note:

·         The quantity of arenas in the day will depend on the quantity of subscribers participating in the service. In order to ensure that the service quality is fair, the classification of the arena on morning/afternoon time or regulations on time will be sent to participants via SMS

o    It <=25,000 subscribers renew every day: There will be 1 arena

o    50000>= Total subscribers >25000 : there will be 2 arenas in the morning and afternoon

·         All cases cancelling or not answering questions before question 5 of the program will be considered as not answered question 10 yet and given an incorrect answer for question 5.

·         The time for answering is counted from the system continues receiving answers of customer.

·         Depending on the quantity of subscribers, the time for answering questions of the arena will be customized accordingly.

Rules for counting points in each question:

·         Method of counting points in each question is as follows:

o    Quantity of points of each player in each question is X.

o    Quantity of subscribers agrees to participate in the arena is A

o    Quantity of subscribers gives incorrect answers or not comply with rules: B

o    Quantity of subscribers stops the game duly: C

o    Quantity of subscribers gives correct answers: D

·         Results

o    Quantity of points for giving correct answers (D) is = X + B*X/D

o    Quantity of points the subscriber who stops the game duly (C) gains is = X.

o    Quantity of points that the subscriber gives incorrect answers or not comply with rules (B) is = 0.

 


Rules

Regulations on participating in the arena:

·         Subscribers renew the service successfully every day

·         For subscribers who fail to renew the service before the arena happens, they will still be eligible to participate in the arena on that day.

o    Within the same day, if fee is charged successfully, the system will charge fee of the subscriber at the times of renewal mentioned above.

o    In the same day, if fee is not charged successfully, the subscriber will not eligible to participate in the arena for the subsequent day.

·         Subscriber registers or renews the service successfully 30 minutes before the arena occurs.

 

Regulations on claim settlement when subscribers cannot participate in the arena:

·         Because subscribers are not qualified to participate: Give instruction for subscribers to follow regulations of the arena.

·         Because the system fails

o    Subscribers do not receive questions: Add for subscribers a quantity of points which is equal to the highest quantity of points subscribers win in the day. However, this quantity of points will not be considered to determine the winner of day prize.

o    Subscribers receive questions late: Add points for subscribers in the same way as with the case of not receiving questions.

o    Customers claim on the basis of winning prizes of the program: Prizes of the program are determined based on three criteria:

+ Subscribers gaining the highest quantity of points until the time of day/month/90-day prizes.

+ Subscribers answer correctly and fastest the last question of day arena, of the last arena in the month, day 90 of each session.

+ Subscribers register the service in the soonest time.

o    Customers claim on the accuracy of the answers: Add points for customers if they provide proof on the dispute on answers of the program.

o    Customers claim to have answered questions immediately but the system sent the question so slowly: The time for answering includes the time for sending the questions; the system sends questions to subscribers in random manner with no priority to any specific subscribers.

·         In any cases, MobiFone decisions shall be final.
